① Course Registration Procedure

② Fill out the course registration form (Google Form – mandatory) of the home university and complete the applicant’s form (Attachment 2), and the Major Course Approval Form (Attachment 3),
then submit them via email to
regist@sogang.ac.kr by Wednesday, May 7, 2025, 1:00 PM: Submission deadline
must be strictly followed; no late submissions will be accepted under any
circumstances.
· If taking the
course as a general elective, fill out the Google Form and only submit
Attachment 2 via email.
· If you wish to
receive credit as a major course, you must obtain prior approval from your
department head and submit Attachment 3 as well. If approval is not available
within the period, it may be submitted later.
③ Register for the course following the
procedure and instructions in Attachment 1 of the host university

※ Students who are expected to graduate
after completing the summer semester are not eligible to apply for credit
exchange.
